Sustainability – Our Core Design Value
As a core belief at Table Space, we focus on sustainability and have adopted several environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) strategies and practices into our business and financial goals, closely monitoring progress and identifying areas of improvement. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in all our operations, from design and construction to daily operations. 02 — Net-zero goals
Table Space Commitsto Net-Zero Goals
To mark a significant step in our environmental sustainability journey, Table Space has committed to setting near-term and long-term, company-wide emission reduction targets aligned with science-based net-zero standards under the SBTi.
With this commitment, Table Space becomes the first Enterprise-Managed Workspace operator to be committed for net-zero goals aligned to SBTi.
In both the short and long term, we are committed to implementing focused, measurable initiatives to reduce our environmental impact across all operations and projects. We aim to significantly lower our carbon footprint and make steady progress toward achieving net-zero carbon emissions.

We strongly believe that responsible business practices and sustainable growth go hand in hand. We are proud to announce that Table Space is now officially a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) — the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative.
This commitment is to operate responsibly, in alignment with Ten universal Principles, take actions to support society, and report to the UN Global Compact annually on our ongoing efforts.

- We use MERV and HEPA filters in air handling units to ensure high air filtration standards and prioritize occupant health.

- Use of sensor-based faucets and aerators to reduce freshwater consumption.
- We track real-time occupancy through IoT devices to enable dynamic space and energy optimization by adjusting lighting and HVAC based on actual usage patterns to minimize wastage.
